Envision Productions
Envision Productions is a video production company in Rochester, NY. They had an old website that was completely HTML driven and the brand was split into three different companies, based on three different categories of clients. In this case, it did not help them convince people of their professionalism or sell their products.
Because the owner was open to it, we decided to completely re-brand. The logo and website are both new designs. I tried to keep the logo simple but with a strong video theme. We knew we wanted to use a lens in some way to communicate the idea of capturing images. We chose a rich blue for the website’s main color and themed the cards around a dark-side/light-side look.
The new website had a few basic needs. The first was to bring all their services under one branding, projecting them as packages offered by the same company. This seems to be working much better and more clearly than the previous approach of three separately branded departments. We also wanted it to be very easy to find and watch samples, which the portfolio page does beautifully.
Overall, the customer is incredibly excited about his new brand look, and is confidently referring me to others.
